| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem virtuálních podnikatelských sítí jakožto formy strategických aliancí a jejich potenciálem v prostředí českého zdravotnictví, přesněji v prostředí soukromých zubních praxí. Cílem práce je navrhnout a ověřit obchodní model virtuální sítě, která umožňuje stomatologům delegovat ne-klinické činnosti nutné pro chod jejich podnikání formou outsourcingu, resp. pomocí vstupu do strategické aliance. Výzkumná část využívá smíšenou metodu syntézy teoretických dat získaných průzkumem trhu, hloubkových rozhovorů a dotazníkových šetření mezi stomatology. Práce identifikuje hlavní provozní distraktory a zanedbávané manažerské činností stomatologických praxí a ohodnocuje ochotu stomatologů delegovat ne-klinické činnosti resp. jejich ochotu platit za outsourcing ne-klinických činností. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the phenomenon of virtual business networks as a form of strategic alliances and their potential in the Czech healthcare environment, more precisely in the environment of private dental practices. The aim of the thesis is to design and verify a business model of a virtual network that allows dentists to delegate non-clinical activities necessary for the operation of their business in the form of outsourcing, or by entering into a strategic alliance. The research part uses a mixed method of synthesis of theoretical data obtained through market research, in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys among dentists. The thesis identifies the main operational distractors and neglected managerial activities of dental practices and evaluates the willingness of dentists to delegate non-clinical activities or their willingness to pay for the out-sourcing of non-clinical activities. |
