| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací automatizovaného systému reportingu a distribuce analytických informací v prostředí pojišťovnictví. Cílem projektu je prostřednictvím nástroje Power BI a služby Power Automate vytvořit řešení, které umožní pravidelné zasílání personalizovaných e-mailových notifikací poradcům ve společnosti UNIQA. Navržené řešení podporuje efektivní sledování obchodních výsledků a dalších relevantních informací, usnadňuje řízení obchodních týmů a přispívá k rychlejšímu a informovanějšímu rozhodování. Součástí práce je rovněž ověření provozní udržitelnosti řešení a jeho připravenosti na další rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an automated reporting and analytical information distribution system in the insurance industry. The objective of the project is to use Power BI and Power Automate to create a solution that enables the regular delivery of personalized e-mail notifications to advisors at UNIQA. The proposed solution supports effective monitoring of business results and other relevant information, facilitates the management of sales teams, and contributes to faster and more informed decision-making. The thesis also includes an assessment of the operational sustainability of the solution and its readiness for further development. |
