Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat vztah mezi pracovní spokojeností, pracovní zátěží, pracovní angažovaností a mírou quiet quitting ve vybrané organizaci. Výzkum proběhl formou dotazníkového šetření (N = 52). Pomocí popisné statistiky, korelací a regresního modelu bylo zjištěno, že quiet quitting významně negativně souvisí s pracovní spokojeností a angažovaností, zatímco pracovní zátěž se jako prediktor neprokázala. Výsledky potvrzují roli pozitivních pracovních zdrojů při prevenci psychologického distancování a nabízejí doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction, workload, work engagement, and the level of quiet quitting in a selected organization. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey (N = 52). Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a regression model revealed that quiet quitting is significantly negatively associated with job satisfaction and work engagement, while workload was not confirmed as a significant predictor. The results highlight the role of positive job resources in preventing psychological disengagement and provide recommendations for practice.
