Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh a komparativní analýzu architektury Agentic Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pro spolehlivou automatizovanou analýzu komplexních finančních reportů. Identifikuje klíčový limit standardního RAG, kterým je vysoká míra halucinací u numerických a syntetických úloh, představující závažné operační riziko pro manažerské rozhodování. Hlavním cílem je ověřit Agentic RAG architekturu, která integrací mechanismů Uvažování (Reasoning) a Volání nástrojů (Tool Calling) eliminuje tyto chyby. Výsledkem je robustní a přesný systém, který zásadně zvyšuje spolehlivost finanční analýzy a podporuje rychlejší a kvalitnější strategické rozhodování.

Abstract:
This master's thesis focuses on the design and comparative analysis of the Agentic Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture for reliable automated analysis of complex financial reports. It identifies a key limitation of standard RAG - the high rate of hallucinations in numerical and synthetic tasks which poses a serious operational risk for managerial decision making. The main objective is to validate the Agentic RAG architecture by integrating Reasoning and Tool Calling mechanisms to eliminate these errors. The result is a robust and accurate system that fundamentally enhances the reliability of financial analysis and supports faster, higher-quality strategic decision-making.
