| Abstract: | This master’s thesis examines intralogistics processes at an automotive manufacturing plant in Spain, focusing on buffer management and large-load carrier replenishment. The simultaneous assembly of ICE and BEV platforms in the future significantly increases complexity due to parts variability, storage demand, and material flow variability. Using the LSS methodology and the DMAIC framework, the current processes are mapped, measured, and evaluated using logistics performance indicators. An ABC/XYZ analysis was conducted to classify parts and create tailored recommendations based on part characteristics. The thesis proposes a segment-based strategy for large-load carriers and an optimized re-order point system. The recommendations aim to improve logistics operations, enhance space utilization, and prepare the plant for the upcoming BEV integration in the assembly. |

| Abstract: | ato diplomová práce zkoumá intralogistické procesy v automobilovém výrobním závodě ve Španělsku se zaměřením na řízení bufferů a doplňování velkoobjemových přepravních obalů. Současná montáž platforem se spalovacími motory (ICE) a bateriovými elektrickými vozidly (BEV) v budoucnu výrazně zvyšuje složitost v důsledku variability dílů, nároků na skladovací prostor a variability toků materiálu. S využitím metodiky Lean Six Sigma (LSS) a rámce DMAIC jsou současné procesy mapovány, měřeny a vyhodnocovány pomocí logistických ukazatelů výkonnosti. Byla provedena analýza ABC/XYZ za účelem klasifikace dílů a vytvoření cílených doporučení na základě jejich charakteristik. Práce navrhuje segmentově orientovanou strategii pro velkoobjemové přepravní obaly a optimalizovaný systém bodu doobjednání. Navrhovaná doporučení mají za cíl zlepšit logistické operace, zvýšit efektivitu využití prostoru a připravit závod na nadcházející integraci vozidel BEV do montáže. |
