| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pracovní a sociální adaptace cizinců narozených v 90. letech ze zemí Společenství nezávislých států, kteří dlouhodobě žijí a pracují v Praze. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů integrace migrantů a hlavním teoretickým přístupům k pracovní a sociální adaptaci, včetně institucionálního a legislativního rámce České republiky a Evropské unie. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu realizovaném prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Zaměřuje se na identifikaci hlavních adaptačních bariér, používaných strategií a na zhodnocení vlivu současné politické situace na pracovní zkušenosti, subjektivní pocit jistoty a rozhodování respondentů o budoucnosti v České republice. Na základě získaných dat jsou formulovány závěry a doporučení relevantní pro instituce, zaměstnavatele i samotné migranty. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of labour and social adaptation of foreigners born in the 1990s from the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States who live and work in Prague on a long-term basis. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the definition of key concepts related to migrant integration and the main theoretical approaches to labour and social adaptation, including the institutional and legislative framework of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through an anonymous questionnaire survey. It focuses on the identification of the main adaptation barriers, the strategies used to overcome them, and the assessment of the impact of the current political situation on respondents’ work experience, subjective sense of security, and decision-making regarding their future in the Czech Republic. Based on the collected data, conclusions and recommendations relevant to institutions, employers, and migrants themselves are formulated. |
