| Abstract: |
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomického vývoje společnosti ELTON hodinářská, a.s. a na základě zjištěných poznatků navržení finanční strategie, která povede ke zvýšení hodnoty a udržení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní principy sledování ekonomického vývoje a metody finanční analýzy, které slouží jako východisko pro praktickou část. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu ekonomického vývoje společnosti s využitím účetních výkazů za sledované období, a to prostřednictvím horizontální a vertikální analýzy, poměrových ukazatelů, rozkladu rentability Du Pont a ukazatele ekonomické přidané hodnoty (EVA). Na základě výsledků jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky hospodaření společnosti, které následně tvoří základ pro návrh finanční strategie. Práce přináší doporučení využitelná pro management společnosti s cílem zlepšit finanční řízení a podpořit další rozvoj podniku. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the economic development of ELTON hodinářská, a.s. and, based on the findings, to propose a financial strategy aimed at increasing the company’s value and maintaining its competitiveness. The theoretical part describes the fundamental principles of measuring economic development and methods of financial analysis, which serve as the basis for the practical section. The practical part focuses on assessing the company’s economic performance using financial statements over the analysed period through horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators, the Du Pont analysis, and the economic value added (EVA) indicator. Based on the results, the thesis identifies the company’s strengths and weaknesses, which form the foundation for designing the proposed financial strategy. The outcomes of this thesis provide recommendations applicable to the company’s management to improve financial management and support the firm’s sustainable development. |
