| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční stability tří neziskových organizací poskytujících sociální služby, konkrétně Arpidy – centra pro rehabilitaci osob se zdravotním postižením, Rubikon centra a Borůvky Praha. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou organizace s vyšším podílem vlastních příjmů finančně stabilnější než organizace převážně závislé na veřejném financování. Teoretická část vymezuje specifika financování neziskového sektoru, faktory ovlivňující finanční stabilitu a používané finanční ukazatele. Praktická část je založena na komparativní analýze vybraných organizací, využívající data z jejich výročních zpráv a polostrukturované rozhovory s vedením a klienty. Analýza propojuje finanční ukazatele se zkušenostmi z praxe a umožňuje posoudit silné a slabé stránky jednotlivých organizací. Výsledky naznačují, že vyšší podíl vlastních příjmů sám o sobě není dostatečným předpokladem finanční stability neziskových organizací. Stabilita se ukazuje být více ovlivněna způsobem řízení nákladů, předvídatelností finančních zdrojů a provozním nastavením organizací. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis examines the financial stability of three non-profit organizations that provide social services, specifically Arpida – a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities, Rubikon Center, and Borůvka Praha. This thesis aims to determine whether organizations with a higher share of their own income are more financially stable than those that are predominantly dependent on public funding. The theoretical part defines the specifics of financing the non-profit sector, factors affecting financial stability, and the financial indicators used. The practical part is based on a comparative analysis of selected organizations, using data from their annual reports and semi-structured interviews with management and clients. The analysis links financial indicators with practical experience, allowing for an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of individual organizations. The results suggest that a higher share of own income alone is not a sufficient prerequisite for the financial stability of non-profit organizations. Stability is more influenced by cost management, the predictability of financial resources, and the operational setup of organizations. |
