| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá formováním strategie v rodinných firmách. Rodinné podnikání je rozvíjející se akademický obor a v současnosti je mu věnována čím dál větší pozornost. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jakým způsobem v českých rodinných firmách vzniká a je utvářena strategie. Odpovědi na výzkumné otázky byly nalezeny pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu v podobě polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů se zástupci vedení a majiteli sedmi středně velkých českých rodinných firem. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis examines strategy formation in family firms. Family business is a growing academic field and has been receiving increasing scholarly attention. The aim of the thesis is to explore how strategy emerges and is shaped in Czech family firms. The research questions are addressed through qualitative research in the form of semi-structured, in-depth interviews with members of top management and owners of seven medium-sized Czech family businesses. |
