| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována péči o zaměstnance ve vybrané organizaci. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat silné a slabé stránky stávajícího systému a formulovat doporučení pro lepší nastavení systému péče o zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti. Dílčí cíle jsou shrnutí hlavních teoretických východisek, zjištění silných a slabých stránek současného systému péče o zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti a zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve zkoumané oblasti. práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V rámci teoretické části byly prozkoumány hlavní současné teorie a koncepty související s péčí o zaměstnance. Praktická část byla věnována analýze současného systému s využitím metod hloubkového rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetřeni. Závěrem byla představena konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení systému péče o zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to employee care in a selected organization. The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current system and formulate recommendations for a better setting of the employee care system in a selected company. The sub-objectives are a summary of the main theoretical foundations, identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the current employee care system in a selected company and identification of employee satisfaction in the researched area. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part examined the main current theories and concepts related to employee care. The practical part was devoted to the analysis of the current system using in-depth interview and questionnaire methods. Finally, specific recommendations for improving the employee care system were presented. |
