| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení likvidity a cash poolingu z pohledu podniku. Věnuje se jednotlivým druhům cash poolingu, jako fiktivnímu a reálnému cash poolingu, jeho výhodám a nevýhodám. Součástí diplomové práce je shrnutí a porovnání legislativních úprav týkajících se cash poolingu v České republice a jiných vybraných zemí. Hlavním cílem práce je implementace cash poolingu do nadnárodní společnosti, navrhnutí vhodné struktury pro danou společnost a následné zhodnocení její efektivnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of liquidity management and cash pooling from the perspective of the company. It deals with different types of cash pooling, as fictitious and real cash pooling, its advantages and disadvantages. The thesis includes a summary and comparison of legislative regulations concerning cash pooling in the Czech Republic and other selected countries. The main objective of the thesis is the implementation of cash pooling in a multinational company, designing a suitable structure for the company and then evaluation of its effectiveness. |
