| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pojištění profesní odpovědnosti, konkrétně na činnost auditorů. Úvodní část práce se věnuje klíčovým aspektům obecného pojištění odpovědnosti a poskytuje základní informace o auditorské profesi. Následuje podrobnější analýza specifik pojištění profesní odpovědnosti, která se vztahují na výkon auditorské činnosti. Druhá část práce se soustředí na přehled nabídky tohoto typu pojištění dostupné na českém pojistném trhu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována možnostem sjednání pojištění prostřednictvím výhradních pojistitelů na základě rámcové smlouvy uzavřené s Komorou auditorů České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the issue of professional liability insurance, specifically in relation to the work of auditors. The introductory section addresses the key aspects of general liability insurance and provides basic information about the auditing profession. It is followed by a more detailed analysis of the specifics of professional liability insurance as it applies to auditing activities. The second part of the thesis examines the range of this type of insurance available on the Czech insurance market. Special attention is given to the options for arranging professional liability insurance for auditors through exclusive insurers under a framework agreement concluded with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. |
