| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, které konstrukty modelu UTAUT2 mají statisticky významný vliv na záměr českých pacientů využívat systémy elektronických zdravotních záznamů (Electronic Health Records, EHR), a analyzovat, zdali se tento záměr liší dle pohlaví. K analýze dat byla využita lineární regrese a dvouvýběrový t-test. Výsledky ukázaly, že statisticky významný vliv na záměr pacientů využívat EHR mají konstrukty vnímaná užitečnost, cenová hodnota a zvyk. Bylo zjištěno, že neexistuje statisticky významný rozdíl v záměru využívat EHR mezi ženami a muži. Práce rovněž zahrnuje diskuzi nad výzkumnými omezeními a nastiňuje další možnosti výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to identify which constructs of the UTAUT2 model have a statistically significant effect on Czech patients’ intention to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and to analyze whether this intention differs by gender. Linear regression analysis and an independent samples t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that performance expectancy, price value, and habit have a statistically significant influence on patients’ intention to use EHR systems. No statistically significant difference was found between women and men in their intention to use EHR. The thesis also includes a discussion of the research limitations and outlines directions for future research. |
