Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou procesu ekonomické diverzifikace v Kazachstánu, který je jako typická surovinová ekonomika výrazně závislý na exportu ropy a zemního plynu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav diverzifikace, analyzovat státní strategie a identifikovat hlavní faktory a překážky, které tento proces zpomalují. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení diverzifikace a rizikům závislosti na přírodních zdrojích, na což navazuje analýza aktuálního stavu kazašského hospodářství a jeho komparace s vybranými zeměmi (Vietnam a Gruzie). Druhá část se soustředí na hodnocení vládních strategií (zejména Kazachstán-2030 a Kazachstán-2050), identifikaci perspektivních nesurovinových odvětví, jako je tranzitní doprava a logistika, a definování klíčových překážek, které transformaci ekonomiky zpomalují. Práce dochází k závěru, že i přes deklarované vládní úsilí zůstává struktura exportu silně koncentrovaná, přičemž hlavními brzdami jsou dominance kvazi-veřejného sektoru a přetrvávající investiční zaměření na těžební průmysl. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis analyzes the process of economic diversification in Kazakhstan, which, as a typical resource-based economy, is significantly dependent on the export of oil and natural gas. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of diversification, analyze state strategies, and identify the main factors and obstacles slowing down this process. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical framework of diversification and the risks associated with natural resource dependence, followed by an analysis of the current state of the Kazakh economy and its comparison with selected countries (Vietnam and Georgia). The second part focuses on the evaluation of government strategies (notably Kazakhstan-2030 and Kazakhstan-2050), the identification of promising non-resource sectors such as transit transport and logistics, and the definition of key obstacles hindering economic transformation. The thesis concludes that despite declared government efforts, the export structure remains highly concentrated, with the main barriers to transformation being the dominance of the quasi-public sector and a persistent investment focus on the extractive industries. |
