| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá závislostí společnosti Airbus na dovozu vybraných strategických surovin, konkrétně titanu a hliníku. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat míru této závislosti a posoudit potenciální rizika spojená s narušením dodavatelských řetězců. Analýza vychází z dat databází UN Comtrade a Eurostat za období 2019–2024. Výsledky ukazují, že dovoz těchto surovin je významně koncentrován na omezený počet dodavatelských zemí, což zvyšuje zranitelnost evropského leteckého průmyslu. Práce dále identifikuje hlavní rizika spojená s touto závislostí a navrhuje možná opatření k jejich minimalizaci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis analyses the dependence of the aerospace company Airbus on imports of selected strategic raw materials, specifically titanium and aluminium. The main objective of this thesis is to identify the extent of this dependence and to address the potential risks associated with disruptions in supply chains. The analysis is based on data from the UN Comtrade and Eurostat databases for the period 2019–2024. The findings indicate that imports of these selected materials are significantly concentrated among a limited number of supplier countries, which increases the vulnerability of the European aviation industry. The thesis further identifies the main risks associated with this dependence and proposes possible measures to mitigate them. |
