Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá spotřebitelským chováním vietnamské komunity žijící v České republice se zaměřením na vliv kulturních faktorů a akulturace v oblasti potravin. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o spotřebitelském chování, kultuře a migraci, praktická část kombinuje dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor s manažerem vietnamské dovozní firmy. Výsledky ukazují, že rozhodování při nákupu potravin je silně ovlivněno tradicemi, rodinou a autenticitou produktů, přičemž významnou roli hrají také etnické obchody a délka pobytu v České republice. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis deals with the consumer behavior of the Vietnamese community living in the Czech Republic, focusing on the influence of cultural factors and acculturation in the area of food. The theoretical part summarizes the findings on consumer behavior, culture and migration, the practical part combines a questionnaire survey and an interview with the manager of a Vietnamese import company. The results show that food purchasing decisions are strongly influenced by traditions, family and product authenticity, while ethnic shops and length of stay in the Czech Republic also play a significant role. |
