| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce analyzuje připravenost českého automobilového průmyslu na implementaci požadavků European Green Deal v horizontu roku 2026. Text zkoumá technologické, ekonomické, institucionální a sociální aspekty transformace s cílem identifikovat klíčové bariéry, které brání plynulému přechodu na nízkoemisní mobilitu. Hlavním zjištěním analýzy je hluboká asymetrie sektoru: zatímco v rovině výroby vozidel vykazuje Česko vysokou míru adaptace, vnitřní prostředí státu kriticky zaostává v oblasti energetické infrastruktury, administrativních procesů a strategické suverenity v dodavatelských řetězcích. Práce varuje, že bez aktivní hospodářské politiky zaměřené na podporu subdodavatelů a zrychlení infrastrukturní modernizace hrozí České republice ustrnutí v pozici nízkonákladové „elektrifikované montovny“ a ztráta globální konkurenceschopnosti. |

| Abstract: | The Master's thesis analyzes the readiness of the Czech automotive industry to implement the requirements of the European Green Deal. The text examines the technological, economic, institutional, and social aspects of this transformation to identify key barriers hindering a smooth transition to low-emission mobility. The main finding of the analysis is a profound asymmetry within the sector: while the Czech Republic demonstrates a high level of adaptation in vehicle production, the domestic environment lags critically behind in energy infrastructure, administrative processes, and strategic sovereignty in supply chains. The thesis warns that without active economic policies focused on supporting subcontractors and accelerating infrastructural modernization, the Czech Republic risks stagnating as a low-cost "electrified assembly shop" and losing its global competitiveness. |
