| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl identifikovat, jak Kanada prostřednictvím sportovní diplomacie prezentuje své klíčové hodnoty v rovině deklaratorní a praktické, a zhodnotit, zda se tyto formy prezentace shodují. Tyto hodnoty (inkluze původních obyvatel, udržitelný rozvoj a genderová rovnost) jsou identifikovány na základě strategických dokumentů (např. Canadian Sport Policy) a následně ověřeny v rovině praktické na vybraných případových studiích (např. Olympijské hry ve Vancouveru 2010). Výsledky ukazují ambivalentní projekci hodnot: silnou deklaratorní rovinu, avšak částečné nedostatky v implementaci. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis aims to identify how Canada presents its key values through sports diplomacy at both the declaratory and practical levels, and to assess whether these forms of presentations are consistent. These values (the inclusion of Indigenous peoples, sustainable development, and gender equality) are identified on the basis of strategic documents (Canadian Sport Policy) and subsequently examined in practice through selected case studies (Vancouver Olympic Games 2010). The findings indicate an ambivalent projection of values, characterized by a strong declaratory dimension but partial plactical implementation. |
