| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá světovým obchodem s pšenicí v období 2010–2024 se zaměřením na dlouhodobé trendy a dopady konfliktu mezi Ruskem a Ukrajinou na německý trh. Cílem práce je identifikovat hlavní změny v produkci, spotřebě, obchodních tocích a cenovém vývoji pšenice a analyzovat dopady změn po roce 2022. Práce se zaměřuje na změnu exportní struktury Ukrajiny, přesměrování obchodních tras a vliv těchto změn na německý trh. Výsledky ukazují zvýšenou cenovou volatilitu, změny obchodních toků a významný vliv geopolitických událostí na evropský trh s pšenicí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis examines the global wheat trade from 2010 to 2024, focusing on long-term trends and the impact of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine on the German market. The aim of the thesis is to identify key changes in wheat production, consumption, trade flows, and price trends, and to analyze the impact of these changes after 2022. The thesis focuses on changes in Ukraine’s export structure, the rerouting of trade routes, and the impact of these changes on the German market. The results show increased price volatility, changes in trade flows, and a significant impact of geopolitical events on the European wheat market. |
