| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na narušení globálních hodnotových řetězců v automobilovém sektoru a jejich dopady na udržitelnost a řízení rizik podniků. Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnotit dopady narušení globálních hodnotových řetězců v automobilovém sektoru během pandemie Covid-19. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci klíčových dopadů, rizik a příležitostí (IRO) vznikajících v důsledku těchto narušení a na jejich systematické posouzení prostřednictvím metodiky dvojí významnosti. Analýza identifikovala oblasti, ve kterých může podnik do budoucna posílit svou odolnost. Jedná se zejména o systematičtější řízení dodavatelských rizik, diverzifikace zdrojů a rozvoje digitálních nástrojů podporujících řízení provozu. Práce zároveň ukázala, že metodiku dvojí významnosti lze využít i v prostředí menších podniků, a to i přesto, že se na ně v současnosti plně nevztahuje povinnost nefinančního reportingu podle směrnice CSRD. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis focuses on disruptions of global value chains in the automotive sector and their impacts on sustainability and corporate risk management. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effects of disruptions in global value chains in the automotive sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. The thesis concentrates on the identification of key impacts, risks, and opportunities (IROs) arising as a result of these disruptions and on their systematic assessment using the double materiality methodology. The analysis identified areas in which the company can strengthen its resilience in the future, particularly through more systematic supply chain risk management, diversification of sources, and the development of digital tools supporting operational management. The thesis also demonstrates that the double materiality methodology can be applied in the environment of smaller enterprises, despite the fact that they are currently not fully subject to mandatory non-financial reporting requirements under the CSRD Directive. |
