| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou overturismu se zaměřením na postoje jednotlivých aktérů cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení dopadů cestovního ruchu, definuje termín overturismus, jeho příčiny, měření a dopady. Také analyzuje vývoj overturismu v ČR a zahraničí a uvádí příklady řešení a modely regulace jiných měst. V empirické části je provedena případová studie na Prahu. Proběhlo dotazníkového šetření s rezidenty a turisty a semistrukturované rozhovory se zástupci podnikatelů a státního sektoru. Na základě těchto metod proběhla analýza nejvíce zmiňovaných problémů z pohledu jednotlivých subjektů (např. přeplněnost historického centra, nárůst krátkodobých pronájmů nebo ztráta autenticity památek). Byla vytvořena možná doporučení, jak dále postupovat při boji proti overturismu (např. koordinace turistů, spolupráce podnikatelů a dalších aktérů, přísnější restrikce). Výsledky této práce mohou sloužit jako výchozí bod a přispět k dalším výzkumům týkající se Prahy a overturismu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of overtourism, focusing on the attitudes of various stakeholders in the tourism industry. The theoretical section examines the impacts of tourism, defines the term “overtourism”, and discusses its causes, measurement, and effects. It also analyzes the development of overtourism in the Czech Republic and abroad, and presents examples of solutions and regulatory models from other cities. The empirical section presents a case study of Prague. A questionnaire survey was conducted with residents and tourists, and semi-structured interviews were held with representatives of the business sector and the public sector. Based on these methods, an analysis was performed of the most frequently mentioned problems from the perspective of individual stakeholders (e.g., overcrowding of the historic center, an increase in short-term rentals, or the loss of authenticity of monuments). Possible recommendations were formulated on how to proceed in the fight against overtourism (e.g., tourist coordination, cooperation among businesses and other stakeholders, stricter restrictions). The results of this study can serve as a starting point and contribute to further research on Prague and overtourism. |
