Diplomová práce se zabývá emocemi uživatelů vůči konverzační umělé inteligenci, prostřednictvím dimenzí intimity, vášně a závazku. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda lze model Chen et al. (2025), založený na Sternber-gově trojúhelníkové teorii lásky a socio-technickém rámci, aplikovat i v českém prostředí. Empirická část vychází z kvantitativního dotazníko-vého šetření mezi českými uživateli konverzační AI a z analýzy dat po-mocí metody PLS-SEM. Výsledky ukazují, že významnou roli hrají zejména personalizovaný emocionální projev a pohotovost reakcí AI, zatímco emoční závislost souvisí především se závazkem. |

| Abstract: |
This master’s thesis examines users’ emotions toward conversational artificial intelligence through the dimensions of intimacy, passion, and commitment. The aim of the thesis is to verify whether the model proposed by Chen et al. (2025), based on Sternberg’s triangular theory of love and the socio-technical framework, can also be applied in the Czech context. The empirical part is based on a quantitative questionnaire survey conducted among Czech users of conversational AI and on data analysis using the PLS-SEM method. The results show that personalized emotional expression and the responsiveness of AI play a particularly important role, whereas emotional dependence is primarily associated with commitment. |
