Diplomová práce zkoumá vztah mezi používáním ChatGPT při učení a vnitřní motivací středoškoláků z perspektivy teorie sebeurčení. Cí-em bylo analyzovat souvislost používání ChatGPT s naplňováním potřeb autonomie, kompetence a sounáležitosti a s vnitřní motivací k učení. Výzkum byl realizován jako kvantitativní průřezové dotaz-níkové šetření mezi 357 studenty středních škol v České republice. Data byla vyhodnocena pomocí deskriptivní statistiky, korelační a regresní analýzy. Výsledky ukázaly pozitivní souvislost mezi použí-váním ChatGPT, psychologickými potřebami a vnitřní motivací. Nej-silnějším prediktorem vnitřní motivace byla sounáležitost, zatímco vnímané překážky nebyly statisticky významné. Práce přináší po-znatky využitelné při nastavování podmínek používání ChatGPT ve školním prostředí. |

This diploma thesis examines the relationship between the use of ChatGPT in learning and secondary school students’ intrinsic motivation from the perspective of self-determination theory. The aim was to analyse the association between ChatGPT use, the satisfaction of the needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness, and intrinsic motivation to learn. The research was conducted as a quantitative cross-sectional questionnaire survey among 357 secondary school students in the Czech Republic. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results showed a positive association between ChatGPT use, psychological needs, and intrinsic motivation. Relatedness was the strongest predictor of intrinsic motivation, whereas perceived barriers were not statistically significant. The thesis provides findings applicable to setting conditions for the use of ChatGPT in the school environment. |
