Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit proces stanovení cen náhradních dílů po ukončení sériové výroby automobilu a identifikovat možnosti jeho optimalizace s důrazem na maximalizaci ziskovosti. Práce se zaměřuje na specifika aftermarketu v automobilovém průmyslu, kde i po ukončení produkce konkrétního modelu přetrvává povinnost výrobce zajišťovat dostupnost náhradních dílů po zákonem stanovenou dobu. Teoretická část představuje problematiku cenotvorby a metody kalkulace nákladů v pozdní fázi životního cyklu produktu. V praktické části je zkoumána aktuální praxe stanovení cen a její dopad na ziskovost na příkladu konkrétního dílu v EOL fázi. Na základě nalezené literatury jsou navrženy varianty optimalizace cenových strategií s důrazem na maximalizaci ekonomického potenciálu v poprodejní fázi. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní doporučení pro manažerskou praxi v oblasti cenotvorby náhradních dílů. |

This bachelor's thesis evaluates the process of pricing spare parts after the end of mass production and identifies optimization opportunities with an emphasis on maximizing profitability. The thesis focuses on the specifics of the automotive aftermarket, where manufacturers remain obligated to ensure the availability of spare parts for a legally specified period even after production of a particular model has ended. The theoretical section addresses pricing issues and cost calculation methods in the late phase of the product life cycle. The practical section examines current pricing practices and their impact on profitability, using a specific part in the EOL phase as a case study. Based on the analysis, optimization options for pricing strategies are proposed with an emphasis on maximizing economic potential in the after-sales phase. The thesis provides specific recommendations for managerial practice in spare parts pricing. |
