Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení úspěšnosti realizace strategického plánu zavedení umělé inteligence (AI) do podnikových procesů společnosti Reservio s.r.o. Cílem je identifikovat procesy s nejvyšším potenciálem optimalizace a kvantitativně vyhodnotit dopad implementace AI na provozní efektivitu a zákaznickou zkušenost. Práce vychází z literární rešerše v oblasti Business Process Managementu a implementačních strategií AI. Praktická část má podobu aplikačně zaměřené případové studie se smíšeným výzkumným designem, která prostřednictvím deskriptivního porovnání procesních metrik před a po implementaci a exploratorní korelační analýzy vyhodnocuje přínosy AI řešení v podnikovém prostředí. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on evaluating the success of implementing a strategic plan for the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) into the business processes of Reservio s.r.o. The aim is to identify processes with the highest optimization potential and to quantitatively assess the impact of AI implementation on operational efficiency and customer experience. The thesis draws on a literature review in the fields of Business Process Management and AI implementation strategies. The practical part takes the form of an applied case study with a mixed-methods research design, which evaluates the benefits of AI solutions in a business environment through a descriptive comparison of process metrics before and after implementation, complemented by exploratory correlation analysis. |
