| Abstract: |
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na strategickou analýzu jazykové školy Prague Language Institute působící na trhu jazykového vzdělávání pro zahraniční studenty v České republice. Cílem je zhodnotit současnou situaci podniku a identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující jeho konkurenceschopnost. V teoretické části jsou představeny nástroje strategické analýzy, zejména PESTEL, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza konkurence, VRIO a finanční analýza. Praktická část tyto nástroje aplikuje na analyzovaný podnik. Výsledky jsou shrnuty pomocí SWOT analýzy. Na její základě jsou navržena strategická opatření směřující k posílení stability a tržní pozice podniku v období 2026–2031. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of a private language school, Prague Language Institute, operating in the market of language education for foreign students in the Czech Republic. The aim is to evaluate the current situation of the company and identify the key factors influencing its competitiveness. The theoretical part introduces the main tools of strategic analysis: PESTEL analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, competitor analysis, VRIO analysis, and financial analysis. The practical part applies these tools to the analysed company. The results are summarized using a SWOT analysis. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations are proposed to strengthen the company’s stability and market position in the period 2026–2031. |
