| Abstract: | Návrh doporučení pro zlepšení přístupu firmy k plnění sociálních aspektů ESG. Zaměřím se na udržitelnost a principy ESG managementu se zvláštním důrazem na sociální pilíře. Součástí bude kvalitativní výzkum, založený na strukturovaných rozhovorech s klíčovými zaměstnanci a zástupci managementu. Dále bude provedena identifikace silných a slabých stránek současného systému řízení lidských zdrojů z hlediska sociální odpovědnosti. |

I will focus on sustainability and ESG management principles, with a particular emphasis on the social pillar. This will include qualitative research based on structured interviews with key employees and management representatives. Furthermore, the strengths and weaknesses of the current human resources management system will be identified from the perspective of social responsibility. |
