Závěrečná práce popisuje teorii a koncept procesního řízení a jeho potenciál ve skutečném podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První rozebírá základní pojmy a metodiky procesního řízení. Druhá část prezentuje a analyzuje stávající stav skutečného podniku a následně s asistencí znalostí z první části, tyto postupy aplikuje do vybraného podniku, soukromé stomatologické ordinace, načež vytváří doporučení pro optimalizaci organizace a podklad pro správné řízení procesů podniku.
The final thesis describes the theory and concept of process management and its potential in a real company. The work is thus divided into two parts. The first discusses the basic concepts and methodologies of process management. The second part presents and analyses the scope of the current state of the actual business following with the assistance of the knowledge from the first part, applies these procedures to a selected company, a private dental office, and creates recommendations for optimizing the organization and the correct management of the company's processes.
