Abstrakt:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociotechnologickými aspekty informačního managementu v organizaci. Cílem práce je analyzovat vztah mezi technickými systémy a lidským činitelem, a to především z pohledu přijetí technologií a efektivity jejich využívání. Teoretická část mapuje historický vývoj informačního managementu od technokratických přístupů až po moderní strategické pojetí. Stěžejní pozornost je věnována sociotechnickému přístupu a principům participativního designu. Praktická část obsahuje návrh dotazníkového šetření založeného na modelech TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) a Task-Technology Fit. Práce identifikuje klíčové faktory, jako jsou digitální stres, informační přetížení a sociální dynamika, které zásadně ovlivňují úspěšnost informačních procesů v praxi.

Abstrakt:
This bachelor's thesis addresses the socio-technological aspects of information management within an organization. The aim of the work is to analyze the relationship between technical systems and the human element, primarily from the perspective of technology acceptance and the efficiency of its use. The theoretical part maps the historical development of information management, ranging from technocratic approaches to modern strategic concepts. Pivotal attention is paid to the socio-technical approach and the principles of participatory design. The practical part contains a design for a questionnaire survey based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and Task-Technology Fit models. The thesis identifies key factors, such as digital stress, information overload, and social dynamics, which fundamentally influence the success of information processes in practice.
