| Abstrakt: | This master’s thesis looks at how non-monetary benefits affect job satisfaction among Generation Z expatriates working at SAP SE in Prague. After the Covid-19 pandemic, work expectations changed, especially for Gen Z, who value flexibility and work-life balance more than before. Job satisfaction is therefore closely linked with how long employees want to stay in a company. The study is based on qualitative interviews with Gen Z expatriates working at SAP SE. The analysis looks at intangible benefits such as remote work, flexibility, autonomy, leadership, and training, as well as tangible benefits like well-being support, meal allowances, and childcare. The findings show that non-monetary benefits strongly shape job satisfaction and can also affect employees’ willingness to stay over time. These results help answer the research questions and offer useful insights for organizations working with Gen Z expatriates. |
