| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce shrnuje obecné poznatky neziskového sektoru. Zmiňuje charakteristické znaky pro nevýdělečné organizace s rozdělením na státní a soukromé. Vymezuje pojmy státní a nestátní příspěvková organizace, uvádí jejich stručné charakteristiky včetně legislativních rámců, dle kterých se zřizují. Zmiňuje společné i odlišné znaky se zaměřením na hospodaření a financování státních příspěvkových organizací. Zabývá se analyzováním hospodaření konkrétní vybrané státní příspěvkové organizace -- Národní knihovny České republiky. Shrnuje nejpodstatnější informace o činnosti a existenci instituce, zaměřuje se na významné poloţky ve finančním hospodaření v letech 2008, 2009 a 2010. Vypichuje nejpodstatnější poloţky ve finančních výkazech. V neposlední řadě shrnuje aktuální informace z hospodaření knihovny a okrajově zmiňuje i schválený rozpočet na roky 2011 a 2012. V závěru se práce pokouší zhodnotit hospodaření instituce jako celku a uvádí moţná rizika a nebezpečí pro další fungování Národní knihovny ČR. |

| Abstrakt: | The bachalor thesis provides the general information on non-profit sector. It involves the characteristics of non-profit organizations, the state-owned, as well as the private ones. Furthermore, it defines the concept and characteristics of the state and non-state funded organizations, as well as the legislative framework under which they are established. The thesis further offers a comparison of their common and different features, with a specific focus on management and financing of such organisations. It particularly analyses at example the National Library of the Czech Republic, summarising the essential information about the activities of the institution with an emphasis on the significant entries in the financial management in the years 2008, 2009 and 2010. It further provides an overview of the most important entries in the financial statements of the Library. Finally, the thesis offers the current information on library management and marginally mentions the approved budget for 2011 and 2012. In conclusion, the work attempts to evaluate the economic activities of the institution as a whole and identifies potential risks in future functioning of the National Library. |
