| Abstrakt: | Vliv organizací na společnost, sociální prostředí, život i svět je všudypřítomný. Vidíme, že organizace ovlivňují nejen své vnitřní a vnější prostředí, ale i sami navzájem a právě tato skutečnost mě přivedla na otázku, jaký vliv může mít zánik regionálně dominantní organizace na rozmanitost organizací na území jejího působení -- vzrostla či poklesla? Odpověď na ni se stala důvodem výběru tématu a cílem mé diplomové práce. V teoretické části své diplomové práce věnuji pozornost sociologickému pojetí organizací jako určitých sociálních a ekonomických struktur s formální a neformálním uspořádáním, s rozdílnými cíly, odpovědnostmi a kulturou. V praktické části diplomové práce určuji vybrané území, určuji a vytěžuji zdroje informací, stanovím kritéria analýzy výstupů a provedením analýzy získaných výstupů podle stanovených kritérií poskytuji čtenáři přehled o rozmanitosti organizací ve vybraném území. Analýzou získaných výstupů podle kritéria Datum vzniku, potvrzuji vyslovenou hypotézu, že přerušení činnosti územně dominantní organizace v roce 2008 mělo za následek zvýšení rozmanitosti organizací ve Světlé nad Sázavou. |

| Abstrakt: | The impact of organizations on society , the social environment , life and the world is omnipresent. We see that the organization not only affect their internal and external environment , but also with one another and it is this fact led me to question the influence that extinction regionally dominant organization of the diversity of organizations in the area of its activity - increased or decreased ? The answer to this became the reason for choosing the theme and aim of my thesis . In the theoretical part of the thesis deals with a sociological conception of organizations such as certain social and economic structures of formal and informal arrangements, with different objectives , responsibilities and culture. In the practical part of the thesis identify selected areas, identifies and extracts information sources , to determine criteria for analyzing reports and performing analysis of the obtained outputs according to established criteria provides the reader with an overview of the range of organizations in the selected area . Analysis of the outputs according to the criteria of date , accepted hypothesized that disruption of territorial dominant organization in 2008 resulted in an increase in the diversity of organizations in the Světlá nad Sázavou town. |
