| Abstrakt: | Tato práce pojednává o oblasti informačního modelování ve spojení s problematikou systémové architektury. Je rozdělena na dvě pomyslné části -- teoretickou (první a druhá kapitola) a praktickou (třetí a čtvrtá kapitola). První kapitola nejprve vysvětluje význam a obsah pojmu informační model, srovnává ho s pojmem datový model a následně představuje jeho praktické uplatnění při vytváření modelu organizace. Poté definuje pojem systémová analýza v jeho širokém pojetí a omezuje ho na tři užší pojetí důležité pro tuto práci -- podnikovou architekturu, informační architekturu a architekturu informačních systémů, přičemž všechny dává do souvislostí právě s informačním modelováním. Nakonec tato kapitola pojednává o východiscích pro metodiku implementace informačního modelu vytvořené dále v praktické části. Druhá kapitola představuje architektonický rámec TM Forum Frameworx určený pro poskytovatele telekomunikačních služeb. Jeho součástí jsou tři standardy definující procesní, informační a aplikační architekturu obecné organizace poskytující telekomunikační služby. V rámci druhého ze standardů je pak definován i konkrétní informační model, jehož popis obsahuje, jak právě druhá kapitola, tak příloha B této práce. Třetí kapitola obsahuje popis metodiky implementace informačního modelu, jejíž vytvoření a obecná využitelnost je jedním ze dvou hlavních přínosů této práce. Metodika se skládá z předimplementační, implementační a poimplementační fáze, které jsou postupně v této kapitole popsány pomocí schémat i podrobnějšího popisu. Na závěr kapitoly je uvedena přehledná tabulka výstupů jednotlivých aktivit této metodiky. Čtvrtá a poslední kapitola pak popisuje a hodnotí reálnou implementaci informačního modelu z rámců TM Forum Frameworx do prostředí systémové analýzy společnosti působící v oblasti telekomunikací. Ta proběhla na základě touto prací vytvořené metodiky a její úspěšné provedení je tak druhým přínosem, který si tato práce kladla za cíl. |

| Abstrakt: | This thesis deals with a field of information modeling and its relation to systems architecture. It is divided into two notional parts -- theoretical (first and second chapter) and practical (third and fourth chapter). First chapter explains the meaning of the term 'information model', compares it to the term 'data model' and then introduce its practical use in an enterprise modeling. It also defines the term of 'systems architecture' in its broad meaning and reduces it to three narrow meaning -- enterprise architecture, information architecture and information systems architecture, while it explains their relation to the information modeling. Finally this chapter provides the base for information model implementation methodology created later in the practical part of this thesis. Second chapter introduces architecture framework called TM Forum Frameworx specialized for a telecommunication services provider. It consists of three standards for business process, information and application architecture. The second one defines specific information model which is described partly in the second chapter and partly in the appendix B of this thesis. Third chapter describes the first of two contributions of this thesis - the information model implementation methodology. This methodology is applicable to any implementation of an information model. Three sections of this chapter contains diagrams and description of three phases of the methodology - pre-implementation phase, implementation phase and post-implementation phase. In the end of the chapter there is a table containing outputs of every single activity performed during all the phases. Fourth and last chapter then describes and evaluates real implementation of the information model from TM Forum Frameworx in the systems architecture department of an enterprise providing telecommunication services. This implementation based on the created methodology and its successful results then became the second contribution of this thesis. |
