As a theoretical base, the first part of this thesis is dedicated to the description of the term freedom at work and open-minded companies. Moreover, there is a comparison between open-minded company and hierarchical company, there are defined principles of freedom at work and described the history and development of the whole concept. As a part of theory, there are also defined and afterwards compared the generations X and Y. At the end of this thesis, three hypothesis which are defined before the questionnaire survey is made are tested with Pearson´s chi-squared test of independence in combinational table. All information and data are useful for the companies operated in the Czech Republic and Germany mainly in the area of employees´ motivation. |
