The thesis deals with the quantitative tools applied in the internet shops of a Czech company. Three approaches, that provide subject of this work, analyse customer behaviour. In particular, it is about an analysis of the impact of discounts on sales, the most influential towns and the most useful internet media. The data are collected from the internal software HELIOS Orange, Google Analytics and by my own research. The econometric software STATA 11 SE and MS Excel 2013 are used for obtaining the results. The conclusion of the work includes the interpretation of results and recommendations for the company. |
