| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a návrh mHealth řešení a jeho implementaci u pacientů s diabetem. Dalším cílem práce je vhodným způsobem popsat a analyzovat problémy, možná řešení a přínosy pro pacienty s diabetem v podmínkách ČR.
Na základě analýzy procesu péče o pacienta s diabetem 2. typu je proveden návrh vhodného řešení implementace mHealth a prakticky realizován na konkrétním příkladu pacienta.
V úvodní teoretické části je popsán a vysvětlen pojem mHealth jeho působení ve zdravotnictví v současnosti a v blízké budoucnosti. Práce popisuje fungování mHealth při léčbě s diabetem v podmínkách České republiky. Druhá část je zaměřena na legislativní a technologické předpoklady, které je potřeba při implementaci mHealth překonat. Třetí část je věnována epidemiologii diabetu a analýze procesů péče o pacienta s diabetem a výběru vhodných mHealth řešení. Poslední část se věnuje implementaci a zhodnocení možných přínosů v péči o diabetické pacienty. |

| Abstrakt: | The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis and design of mHealth solution and its implementation in patients with diabetes. Another aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze problems, possible solutions and benefits for patients with diabetes in the Czech Republic.
Based on the analysis of the process of care about a patient with the second type of diabetes a suitable solution for the implementation of mHealth is suggested. The solution is practically implemented on a specific example of the patient.
In the introductory part the term mHealth is described. There is explained its effect in health care in present and what is expected in the future. It is shown its functioning in the treatment of diabetes in the Czech Republic. The second part is focused on the legislative and technological prerequisites that need to be overcome in the process of implementation mHealth. The third part is devoted to the epidemiology of diabetes and the selection of appropriate mHealth solutions. The last part is dedicated to the implementation and evaluates of possible benefits in the care of diabetic patients. |
