| Abstrakt: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti FAST ČR, a.s. za období 2012 až 2015 společně s předpovědí budoucího vývoje.
Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních oddílu. První oddíl obsahuje úvod do finanční analýzy a vymezuje jednotlivé ukazatele a modely, které jsou následně využity ve druhém oddílu, nazývaný též jako praktický oddíl. V tomto praktickém oddílu je nejprve charakterizována společnost, následně je zde provedena samotná finanční analýza firmy FAST ČR, a.s. vycházející z veřejně dostupných informací. Ve druhém oddílu je také zachyceno srovnání s největším konkurentem FAST ČR, a.s., HP TRONIC Zlín, spol. s r.o.
V posledním oddílu je sestavena prognóza budoucího vývoje tržeb společnosti odvozená od vývoje tržeb na trhu společně s plánovaným výkazem zisku a ztráty pro období od roku 2016 do 2018. |

| Abstrakt: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company FAST ČR, a.s. for the period of 2012 to 2015 together with a forecast of future development.
The thesis is divided into three main sections. The first section contains an introduction to the financial analysis and defines the indicators and models used in the second section, which can also be called as a practical part. In this practical part the company is characterized firstly then the financial analysis itself is performed based on external information. In this sections the computed values are compared with the biggest competitor too. In the last part, the forecast of the future development of revenues is drawn up, it is derived from the market and used for planned income statement for the period from 2016 to 2018.
