Problematika hodnocení investic do informačního systému

This diploma thesis deals with IS / ICT investment evaluation. It defines several goals, the fulfillment of which is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the main objective is to define the basic specifics of IS / ICT investment evaluation and its developmental tendencies. Another objective is to describe and compare the methods of this evaluation. Conclusion of the theoretical work creates an overview of methods and indicators sorted in order of calculation by weighted criteria. On the basis of the conclusions from the theoretical part, in the practical part, it will be possible to create the own model for evaluation of investments in IS / ICT in selected stages of the life cycle of the investment. In the practical part is designed a model for evaluation of investment in IS / ICT in selected phases of life cycle of investment.In the practical part, company Sefima will be presented and their product information system CFM MediXen will be described. CFM MediXen applies a proposed model, the main objective of which is to evaluate the benefits of implementation in a particular hospital facility. The last but no less important part of the practical part is the evaluation of the current situation of evaluation of investments in IS / ICT in the Czech Republic through questionnaire research. The results of the research are compared with the proposed model, based on the theoretical part of the literature and articles.
