Cloud Business Intelligence v podmínkách České republiky

This Bachelor’s thesis discusses the subject of the Business Intelligence in growing Cloud Computing environment and focuses on the implementation aspects of this connection by the firms on the Czech market. First part gives the definition and theoretical basis of the Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing and their combinations and further all the components, benefits and risk are described. This part also covers the general transition of the Business Intelligence into the Cloud solutions. Second part centers on the aspects of the Cloud BI implementation. A qualitative research follows in this part, which was possible due to the cooperation with OR-NEXT company. Based on the interview and their summary, a list of recommendations was proposed. These recommendations cover the threats of the Cloud BI implementations, what are the preferences of the companies on the Czech market and what are they afraid of. These precautions are meant for the employees of the top management and in leading position within the firm, who are interested in including Cloud BI in their service portfolios and to offer this service as a new product to the Czech companies in the future.
