| Abstrakt: | Práce se zabývá procesem gentrifikace na území městské části Praha 7. Práce rozebírá nabídkové i poptávkové definiční znaky gentrifikace v kontextu postsocialistického města. Cílem práce je potvrdit, že na zvoleném území probíhá proces gentrifikace. V praktické části budou analyzovány jednotlivé definiční znaky gentrifikace v kontextu MČ Praha 7, jiných částech vnitřního města a hlavního města Praha. Dále je rozebrán plán aktuálního vedení radnice MČ Praha 7 vybudovat z čtvrti atraktivní kulturní a kreativní čtvrť. Budou popsány možné dopady této strategie v kontextu problematiky gentrifikace. Práce potvrzuje probíhající proces gentrifikace na sledovaném území. |

| Abstrakt: | The thesis deals with the process of gentrification on the territory of the Prague 7 district. The thesis analyzes the supply and demand definition features of gentrification in the context of post-socialist city. The aim of the thesis is to confirm that the process of gentrification is under way in the chosen territory. The practical part will analyze the individual definitions of gentrification in the context of Prague 7, other parts of the inner city and Prague. Further is described the plan of the current management of the Prague 7 City Hall to build up an attractive cultural and creative district. The possible impacts of this strategy in the context of gentrification will be described. The thesis confirms the ongoing process of gentrification in the monitored area. |
