Abstrakt: | This thesis aims to propose the design of a virtual team for multinational organization for the 5-10-year horizon including processes and technologies. The thesis defines the attitude of Millennials towards working in virtual teams and identifies cultural differences and technology trends and their impact on virtual team environment.The theoretical part of the thesis was conducted as secondary research of available literature and publications. Empirical part surveyed the target sample of international group of Millennials with teleworking experience. |
