This master thesis deals with the concept of Balanced Scorecard and the aim goal is to design a strategic management system of Prefa Praha. The theoretical-methodological part contains basic concepts, methods and individual analyzes and concepts of the BSC system. The practical part is about an application of Balanced Scorecard in practise. The current strategy is evaluated and a strategic analysis is used to achieve the set goals. Strategic analysis includes PESTE analysis, Porter's five forces model and financial benchmarking, which are the basis for the SWOT analysis and evaluation of the company's position on its market. The results of individual analyzes are the basis for defining the company's vision and strategic goals. The specific strategy of the company is expressed in four perspectives of BSC, while the causal relationships between the selected objectives are illustrated by the strategic map. At the end of this thesis there is also summary of results and recommendations for the analyzed company are proposed.
