The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the current situation of the organization and its position on the market based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. A partial goal is to recommend the strategy to improve the current position of the organization on the market through the acquired knowledge. The thesis constructs of two parts – theoretical framework and practical part. The theoretical framework focuses on the theoretical basis of marketing in the non-profit sector and the main marketing tools. The practical part contains a combination of marketing activities, which helped to achieve an overall understanding of attitudes, values and direction of the organization. The knowledge thus obtained, in accordance with the professional literature, form the basis for proposing adequate measures and recommendations.
