| Abstrakt: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma cenzury na internetu. Cílem této práce je především nastínění současné situace v Ruské federaci ohledně cenzurování internetového obsahu. Za tímto účelem byla zařazena teoretická část této problematiky. Byl rozebrán samotný pojem cenzury a zároveň i specifika cenzury na internetu. V druhé kapitole této práce jsou uvedeny nástroje internetové cenzury, a to jak technické, tak i legální. Ve třetí části je podrobně probrána cenzura na internetu v Ruské federaci od začátku vývoje samotného internetu a doby jeho slabé kontroly státem až do dnešní situace, kdy je zaváděn tak zvaný suverénní internet. V této části jsou rovněž popsány nástroje cenzury specifické pro tuto zemi, pojmenovány zákony, které s cenzurou souvisejí. Zmíněny jsou také technické nástroje, které jsou používány některými poskytovateli internetových služeb. Ve čtvrté a poslední části této práce je naplněn další cíl – porovnání intenzity cenzury na internetu v Ruské federaci a v České republice. Za tímto účelem je popsána dnešní situace v Česku, týkající se cenzurování internetu. V této části je porovnána intenzita cenzurování ve vybraných zemích podle aktuálních zákonů a zpráv. Dále jsou zveřejněny výsledky výzkumů provedených v České republice a Ruské federaci a týkajících se názorů občanů těchto zemí na cenzurování internetu. V této práci jsme došli k závěru, že podle reálných dat lze konstatovat vyšší intenzitu cenzury na internetu v Ruské federaci než v České republice, což lze vysledovat i u výsledků výzkumů. Rozdíl u faktické intenzity cenzurování a v názorech uživatelů internetu je poměrně velký. |

| Abstrakt: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of internet censorship. The goal of this thesis is to outline the current situation in Russian Federation regarding the censorship of internet content. In order to fulfil this goal, the theoretical part of this issue was described. The concept of the censorship itself, as well as the specific of internet censorship. In the second chapter of this thesis technical methods of censorship were described and also the legal ones. The third part describes in detail the internet censorship in Russian federation from the very rise of internet in Russia and the times, when internet was not controlled by the government and all the way to today’s situation, where the start of implementation of sovereign internet begins. In this part the specific censorship methods implemented in Russia are described, more specifically the laws regarding the internet censorship. There are also technical methods of censorship specific to Russian federation, which are used by some ISPs. In the fourth part, which is the last one, another goal of this thesis is met, which is the comparison of the intensity of internet censorship in Russian federation and Czech Republic. For this purpose, current situation regarding internet censorship laws is described. The comparison of intensity of internet censorship in those countries according to the laws and reports is also made in the fourth chapter. The results of the research conducted in Czech Republic and Russian federation regarding the opinions on internet censorship of the citizens of those two countries are discussed. It was concluded, that according to actual data it is possible to deduce the higher intensity of internet censorship in Russian federation, than in Czech Republic, which is confirmed by the results of the research. However, the difference between actual intensity and the respondent’s view of it is quite big. |
