| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozsáhlou problematiku Business Intelligence řešení a jeho využití v prostředí výrobního závodu Škoda Auto a.s. Cílem této práce je aplikace a nasazení BI řešení a následně její efektivní využití pro účely společnosti v oblasti řízení financí v IT oddělení. V úvodní části této práce je za pomocí dostupné odborné literatury nastíněn komplexní základní přehled, vývoj a možnosti využití různých BI analytických nástrojů. Další část se zabývá sběrem potřebných informací o fungování oddělení a seznámení se s požadavky konkrétních uživatelů finančního reportingu a následně určení vhodných metrik, které budou využity pro tvorbu interaktivních dashboardů v rámci finančního řízení IT oddělení. Nedílnou součástí této práce je implementace konkrétního řešení a následná prezentace použitých metrik pro finanční reporting. | Abstrakt: | In this diploma thesis I focused on part of the problematics to be connected with business Intelligence solution in automotive industry Skoda Auto a.s. The main goal of this thesis is to design and integrate BI solution and also to ensure the effective usability in the field of the financial management in IT department. At the beginning of this thesis there is outlined a complex basic overview of the BI problematics, development and huge variety of the BI analytical tools to be used nowadays. The next part of the diploma thesis is aimed at the collecting some neccessary information about the financial background and meeting the requriements of the IT users in financial area to be used for utilisation of the relevant metrics indicators. Those indicators will be needed for designing of an interactive dashboards in term of IT financial managament. Another part of this thesis is the main implementation of the solution and the following presentation of the relevant metrics indicators for the needs of the IT financial reporting and it´s main functionality. |
