Analýza činnosti interního auditora v ICT podniku

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of internal audit, focusing on an integrated information security management system. Information, in various forms and quantities, is handled by all types of organizations and therefore its safety is a relevant topic. Information security is ensured among other things, by the quality performance of internal audits, to which this thesis is mainly devoted. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current implementation of internal audit in ICT company Simplity s.r.o. The organization provided its internal documents for the processing of this analysis. Another source of data is the electronic correspondence and interviews in the form of video calls with company employees. The method of analysis and synthesis was used to process the provided documents. Interviews with employees took the form of partially structured in-depth interviews. The benefit and result of the thesis is the evaluation of the analysis, thus revealing the weaknesses of internal audit in the company and proposing recommendations for improvement.
