| Abstrakt: | Tato diplomová práce řeší technologii blockchain, instant messaging, a jejich propojení. Teoretická část práce se věnuje rozboru konceptu blockchainu a moderní formy instant messagingu, přičemž poznatky z teoretické části jsou využity pro stanovení kritérií srovnání využitého v praktické části. V práci jsou definovány tři cíle. Prvním cílem práce je analýza možností a způsobů integrace blockchainu v prostředí instant messagingu. Je stanoven smysluplný rozsah pokrytí instant messaging funkcionality a které funkce naopak není vhodné do blockchainu integrovat. Druhým cílem je srovnání integrací blockchainu mezi již existujícími instant messaging aplikacemi využívajících blockchain a porovnání těchto integrací s třemi vybranými akademickými konceptuálními návrhy. V práci je vybráno celkově 10 komunikátorů, které jsou rozděleny na komunikátory populární, blockchainové a alternativní a na kterých je dále provedena analýza dle kritérií stanovených skrze teoretickou část práce. Třetím cílem je zhodnocení přínosů a nedostatků integrace blockchainu v instant messaging komunikátorech oproti alternativním komunikátorům řešící problémy ve sféře bezpečnosti a soukromí bez využití blockchainu. |

| Abstrakt: | This thesis addresses the blockchain and instant messaging technologies and their possible combination. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the analysis of the blockchain concept and the modern form of instant messaging, with the theoretical part being used to establish the criteria for the comparison presented in the practical part. Three objectives are defined in this thesis. The first objective of the work is to analyse the possibilities and ways of integrating blockchain in an instant messaging environment. A meaningful range of coverage of instant messaging functionality is established and which features, on the other hand, should not be integrated into the blockchain. The second objective is to compare blockchain integration among already existing instant messaging applications using blockchain and to compare these integration with three selected academic conceptual designs. A total of 10 communicators are selected in this thesis, broken down into popular, blockchain and alternative communicators, and further analysed according to criteria established through the theoretical part of the work. The third objective is to assess the benefits and shortcomings of blockchain integration in instant messaging communicators versus alternative problem-solving communicators in the security and privacy spheres without using blockchain. |
