The purpose of this diploma is to discuss the design and implementation of cost control reporting at a commercial bank, Raiffeisenbank. The work has defined partial goals, which need to be met before the actual design and implementation of reporting. In the first place, the work characterizes business in the field of banking and also the management system of commercial banks, followed by the characteristics of controlling, cost controlling, and controlling specifics for the field of banking.
