| Abstrakt: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku finančních instrumentů, které nesou název investiční certifikáty. První část práce je věnována úvodu do tohotu tématu, kde je uvedena charakteristika certifikátů, historie, rizika, ale také výhody investičních certifikátů. Druhá část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vybrané typy investičních certifikátů a zejména je vysvětlen princip jejich fungování. V poslední části práce je zpracována analýza investičních certifikátů na Burze cenných papírů Praha, a.s., která se zaměřuje na vývoj investičních certifikátů a na aktuální nabídku investičních certifikátů na pražské burze. Tato část se také věnuje doporučení toho, pro jaký typ investora jsou aktuálně dostupné typy certifikátů na pražské burze vhodné. Poslední část této práce je zaměřena mimo jiné i na srovnání investičních certifikátů sjinými finančními instrumenty, kterými jsou akcie, dluhopisy, ETF’s a podílové fondy. Investiční certifikáty jsou poměrně novým a velmi komplexním produktem, který vyžaduje naprosté porozumění principu jejich fungování, než do nich začne být investováno. |

| Abstrakt: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of financial instruments called investment certificates. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction to this topic, where the characteristics of certificates, history, risks, as well as the advantages of investment certificates are presented. The second part of the bachelor thesis is focused on selected types of investment certificates and in particular the principle of their operation is explained. In the last part of the thesis, an analysis of investment certificates on the Prague Stock Exchange is prepared, which focuses on the development of investment certificates and the current offer of investment certificates on the Prague Stock Exchange. This section also focuses on recommending the type of investor for whom the types of certificates currently available on the Prague Stock Exchange are suitable. The last part of this thesis focuses, among other things, on the comparison of investment certificates with other financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, ETF's and mutual funds. Investment certificates are a relatively new and very complex product, which requires a complete understanding of their principles before investing in them. |
