| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce na téma Metodika a implementace projektového controllingu v IT firmě pojednává o problematice projektového řízení z pohledu projektového controllingu a reportingu. Úvodní část se skládá z teoretických východisek controllingu, reportingu, kalkulací, řízení projektů, business intelligence. Cílem práce je popsat současnou metodiku projektového controllingu, s tím související členění nákladů, způsoby alokace a kalkulace zakázek. Následně odhalit nedostatky tohoto procesu a případně vylepšit procesy a tím zlepšit projektový controlling v prostředí IT společnosti. Dále navrhnout implementaci projektového controllingu v manažerském informačním systému Power BI. |

| Abstrakt: | The master thesis on Methodology and implementation of project controlling in IT company deals with the issue of project management from the perspective of project controlling and reporting. The introductory part consists of theoretical background of controlling, reporting, calculations, business intelligence. The aim of the thesis is to describe the current methodology of project controlling, related cost breakdown, methods of allocation and calculation of contracts. Subsequently, to reveal the shortcomings of this process and possibly improve the processes and thus improve project controlling in the IT company environment. Furthermore, to propose the implementation of project controlling in the management information system Power BI.The master thesis on Methodology and implementation of project controlling in an IT company deals with the issue of project management from the perspective of project controlling and reporting.
